Staff logon to the Moving ON Training website using their unique login and password which takes them to their own personal training area.

Simple access and navigation
The site is user friendly and easy to navigate. Computer skills are not necessary. Access to the training site can happen at work, at home or anywhere with a computer connected to the internet. New modules are automatically uploaded for your staff each month.

Module design
Modules are broken up into units which take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Learners can stop and re-start a module at anytime as the pages are automatically bookmarked.

Immediate competency feedback
When they have finished a module, learners complete an assessment. The results are immediate and feedback is given. Learners who are not competent can redo the assessment then or bookmark it to redo at a convenient time. A certificate of competency is available for each successfully completed module.

Instantaneous tracking and reporting
Training and tracking reports are generated instantly on demand. Auto-generated reports can be emailed to the training manager on a fortnightly basis.

Management instruction and customer service
Moving ON Training provides full instruction for managers on how to use the system which is accompanied by a training guide and manual for learners. You can also receive additional assistance through our customer support help desk.
