Background
Moving on Training is a result of a partnership between Allison
and Stephen Midson (directors of Moving ON Audits), Deb Shearman
and Greg Edwards. Issues relating to staff training had been identified
by many Moving ON Audits clients and so MOT was set up to deliver
cost effective, job relevant training for Aged Care workers.
MOT evolved from our shared commitment to the CQI process and to
providing staff with information and training that is effective,
fun, measurable and rewarded.
Our Philosophy
All staff should have the opportunity to increase their knowledge
and be rewarded for their effort.
Our aims are:

a sustainable learning culture within the facility.

The
Team
Stephen Midson is registered nurse with 28 years
of experience and a well known and highly respected member of the
Aged Care industry. He has a wealth of experience in the area of
aged care accreditation. Stephen strongly believes that MOT online
training will provide a solution for staff training and compliance.
Greg Edwards has a background in teaching, IT and
business development. He has extensive experience in the areas of
online learning management and vocational training development.
Greg thinks that training should be efficient and user friendly
for staff and management. Greg's responsibilities include marketing
and technology management.
Allison Midson is a registered nurse with 28 years
of experience. Allison has wide experience in clinical care, education,
research project development and systems review. Allison is committed
to staff training with the outcome that residents receive care based
on respect and maintaining their dignity.
Debbie Shearman is also a registered nurse with
30 years of experience. Deb’s background includes experience
in aged care education (including certificate III in Aged care),
health promotion and service development and management. Deb believes
that training should be fun, rewarding, practical and accessible
for all staff. Deb's responsibilities include content development
and quality control.
Nicki
Robilliard
is our client service manager and has over 15 years of extensive
experience in marketing and account management. Nicki's moto is
that she provides a friendly, quick and reliable service to all
of our clients.Nicki's responsibilitie include customer service,
technical support and implementation training and support.
